4. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase for eligible services as stated in individual product descriptions.

5. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.5% uptime for all services. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding this guarantee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rivin.Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. About Children

Our services are not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
